Managing several companies in one account

Do you have several companies or trade names? Manage them from one account and switch between administrations in a few clicks. Each company keeps strictly separated books, its own invoices and its own house style.

What stays separate and what you share

Per company the administration, number sequences, general ledger, house style and VAT settings are its own. What you share is the account and the users: a colleague gets a role per company, and whoever has no role in an administration sees nothing of it, not even by a detour.

How to add a company

  1. 1Go to Settings and choose Companies; only the group owner sees this.
  2. 2Click New company and enter name, registration number and VAT number.
  3. 3Choose the house style and number sequence; these are separate from your other companies.
  4. 4Give colleagues a role per company under Users and roles.

Switching and overview

  • Switch company via the name at the top left; the colour bar shows which one you are working in.
  • The group dashboard puts the companies side by side; consolidation adds them up in one reporting currency.
  • An invoice between two of your own companies is booked as intercompany, so both sides are right.
The colour bar and the name at the top left always show which company you are working in.
