Viewing reports and exporting as CSV, PDF or XAF audit file

Reports show revenue, receivables and costs of the company you are working in. If you have several, the group dashboard puts them side by side.

Three kinds of output

A CSV follows the Dutch Excel convention with semicolons, a decimal comma and UTF-8 with BOM, so Excel opens the file correctly right away. A PDF is the report as you see it on screen. The XAF audit file is the standard format in which an accountant or the tax office requests the complete general ledger for a financial year.

How to export a period

  1. 1Go to Reports and choose the report, for example Revenue or Receivables.
  2. 2Choose the period: a month, quarter or financial year.
  3. 3Click Export and choose CSV or PDF.
  4. 4For the accountant: choose Accounting, Export and then XAF audit file for the financial year.

Several companies

  • The group dashboard puts all companies side by side.
  • Consolidation converts different currencies into one reporting currency.
  • Each company also keeps its own, separate reports.
Choose the period; you see the same period picker at the VAT return.
