Creating forms and checklists and filling them in on the job
Every trade has its own lists. In TelMaar you build them yourself, with exactly the fields your work needs, and the completed form is attached to the job.
What a form can contain
A form consists of fields you choose: a text line, a number or measurement, a choice from options, a date, a photo and a signature. Labels appear in the customer's language, so a German client reads the handover in German.
How to create a form
- 1Go to Settings and choose Forms.
- 2Click New form, give it a name and choose the type: checklist, inspection or questionnaire.
- 3Add fields and set per field whether it is required.
- 4Save. The form now appears on every job under Forms, also in the app.
On the job
- The technician opens the job in the app and picks the form.
- Without coverage they keep filling in; the form syncs as soon as there is a connection again.
- The completed form stays with the job, including photos and signature.
