Create an account
You create an account yourself, without a sales call and without a credit card. You choose your password later, in the email you receive after signing up.
What you need
- The name of your business, exactly as you want it to appear on your invoices
- The country where your company is registered
- Your own name
- An email address you can open right now
- You do not need your KvK number, VAT number (Dutch: btw-nummer) or bank account number yet; you fill those in later
How to do it
- 1Go to telmaar.nl/register. That is where the sign-up form is.
- 2Under Company name, enter the name of your business.
- 3Under Country, choose the country of your business. TelMaar adjusts the questions and the payment advice to match.
- 4Fill in Your name and Email address.
- 5Choose a plan: Freelancer, ZZP or MKB. You can always switch later.
- 6Click Start free trial. You land on a screen telling you to check your mailbox.
- 7Open the invitation email from TelMaar and click the link to choose a password yourself.
- 8Log in at portal.telmaar.nl. You go straight into the start wizard.
What is ready for you right away
When you sign up, TelMaar creates your organisation, your first company, a standard chart of accounts and the manual payment methods all in one go. Your 30-day trial starts immediately.
Signing up is only possible on the website. In the mobile app you log in with the account you created here.
Not working?
- You see a message saying this email address already has an account.
- An account already exists for this address. Go to the login page and use Forgot password, or sign up with a different email address.
- The invitation email does not arrive.
- Check your spam folder first. If it is not there either, check whether you typed the address correctly and, if needed, sign up again with the right address.
