How the trial works
Every new account starts with a 30-day trial. You do not have to give a credit card, and you can do real work during that time.
What you get
The trial starts the moment you sign up and runs for 30 days. It runs on the plan you chose when you signed up: Freelancer, ZZP or MKB.
Whatever you enter in those 30 days stays yours. Invoices, contacts and receipts you create now are still there after the trial.
What you will see along the way
- Seven days before the end, the owner of the account receives one reminder email.
- From seven days before the end, a bar at the top of the app counts down.
- Once the trial is over, that bar turns red and stays in place.
- Your current plan and the end date are shown under Settings, then Company, in the Subscription block.
And after that?
You are not locked out after day 30. Your account stays usable and your data stays in place; the bar at the top tells you the status.
If you want to switch plans, you do that under Settings, then Company, in the Subscription block. Only the group owner and the finance manager can do this.
