Everyone in their own language
TELMAAR has two kinds of language that have nothing to do with each other: the language you work in, and the language your customer receives their documents in.
The nine languages of the interface
- Nederlands
- English
- Deutsch
- Français
- Español
- Polski
- Türkçe
- Български
- العربية
The language you see
The interface language is set per user, not per company. Every member of staff picks their own language and nobody else notices a thing.
In the app you go to Settings and then to App language. On the web you pick your language with the language selector. If you invite somebody later, they pick their own language the first time they log in.
The language your customer receives
Invoices, quotes and customer emails exist in two languages: Dutch and English. That choice is set per contact, in the Document language field.
If you set it to Automatic, TELMAAR looks at the country of the contact. The Netherlands and Belgium give Dutch, any other country gives English. You can always override it by hand by picking Dutch or English.
The web and the app make exactly the same call. So the same customer will not get a Dutch invoice from the laptop and an English one from the phone.
