Setting up notifications
The bell in the top right keeps track of what happens in your business. A red dot means something new came in.
How to view them
- 1Click the bell in the top right of the topbar.
- 2Look through the list of recent events.
- 3Click a notification to jump straight to the matching screen.
- 4Notifications you've viewed drop out of the unread list on their own.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get notifications by email? For payment reminders and customer actions, yes; for most other notifications, only in the app.
Why don't I see any notifications? Probably nothing has happened yet, or your role has no rights for that part.
